What is chemistry simulation software?

Chemistry simulation software focus on the physical properties of the chemical entities and the possible interact between them, at the chemical levels. For instance, how the materials can react with each other, what is the solubility of the specific, what is the state of matter either gas, liquid, or solid at specific temperature and pressure conditions. All such information can be gathered using chemistry simulation software., Its working is based on the characterization of the material, as the materials have so many chemical structures, they can possible interact at the chemical level with other materials, have different solubility and chemical activity, vary in pH, surface tensions among phases and many other factors. All such things are termed as chemical or physical properties of the materials or media used in the equipment.
VisiMix is a process simulation software, because based on the physical properties of the materials, it provides measurement and chemistry simulation software, that helps to understand the conditions required for the materials to interact and generate the chemical interaction process between the materials. Afterwards, we can meet the requirement to generate needed chemical interaction or the process interaction. So, VisiMix software, is a process simulation software that provides the chemical entities into the equipment that will generate some process or pathways that stimulate the required processes.

For example, we have a chemical entity A, and chemical entity B, and when we put them together in a solvent i.e., chemical entity solvent, under some temperature and conditions, they are able to react, but depending on the mixing or depending on how the pathway of every chemical entity in the tank will be, they will react intensively or slowly. The provided environment will help the materials to develop connection between then and react according to their affinity. The affinity between the entities is ‘chemical simulation software’, and their capability to interact in such a way the way that will develop proximity between them to start the chemical interaction is known as process simulation software. So the difference between two software are very clear, one is regarding to the characterization of every chemical or material, the other software like VisiMix is the capability to understand how they are interacting, what is the proximity between them that will give these materials to interact in the chemical point of view or in the chemical lab.
When we have different ways to meet, we can generate different ways to start the chemical interaction. So, in some way it will be very favorable for the product that we want to generate, or may be very bad. For example, if we have solids and we are moving the solids only in the bottom, it will create interacting between the solids only at the bottom, and the material will be not be reacting with all the solids. Whereas, when wee putting the solids in all the tank after understanding the the process simulation software and we will be able to know what conditions we need to create for a a good distribution of solids. This we will provide the conditions that will increase a chance to meet more intensively, and maybe they will give the materials enough time to generate the chemical affinity between them. So, this is the typical interaction between Chemical and Process Engineering, Process Chemistry or Process Biotechnology, , For the chemical simulation process, we meant the physical properties of the materials While for the process software, we are talking about how we are generating the proximity between the materials to provide them the next steps. So, for VisiMix, the chemical process simulation is giving only the input data and our mixing results.
