Dr. Leonid Braginsky

Chemical Engineer in Organic Synthesis, PhD, D.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and Mat. Modeling. Over 50 years of experience in research and mathematical modeling of mixing, heat and mass transfer, 40 years of experience in development of chemical and bio-chemical processes, and more than 20 years – in designing and manufacturing of industrial mixing equipment.
Until 1990, Head of The National Laboratory of Mixing Equipment in the State Research and Design Institute of Chemical Machinery (St. Petersburg). Between 1961 and 2015, Dr. Braginsky with co-workers authored about 20 patents (USA, Israel, Russia), three books, and over 100 articles related to flow dynamics, heat and mass transfer in mixing equipment. Dr. Braginsky is known as one of the world leaders in the field of mixing, a member of the EFCE Mixing working party.

Efim Entin
Founder and Software Development Manager

MSc in Mathematics, over 40 years of experience in mathematical modeling and software development, specializing in problems of heat and mass transfer. Author of numerous publications, including a book on computer implementation of numeric methods in heat and mass transfer in areas with moving boundaries (Leningrad University Press, 1987) and of dozens of articles in scientific journals and in the publications of the Academy of Sciences in the former Soviet Union.

Dr. Yuri Kokotov
Founder & Chief Scientist.

M.Scs. in Physics, PhD in Chemical Engineering. Over 35 years of experience in research and mathematical modeling of mixing, heat and mass transfer, process development, designing of mixing, polymerization and liquid extraction equipment. Expert in mathematical modeling and software development.
Until 1990, senior researcher at the State Research and Design Institute of Chemical Machinery and at the State Institute of Polymer Resins (St. Petersburg). Author of numerous patents and publications on mixing and liquid extraction in various scientific journals, including Theoretical Foundations of Chemical Technology, Journal of Disperse Science and Technology, etc. (1980 -2015)..

Roman Sheinman, PhD
R&D Manager.

Chemical Engineer with over 15 years of experience in chemical process and equipment design, simulation, optimization and debottlenecking.
Professional expertise in the mathematical modeling of heat and mass transfer, chemical reactions and thermodynamic cycles.

Yuri Nekhamkin
Founder and Senior scientist

M.Sc. in Applied Physics. 40 years of experience in studying and mathematical modeling of fast chemical reactions, turbulent mixing and heat transfer and development of industrial process equipment. Special expertise with respect to the mixing equipment inherently safer design. Before 1990 – senior research engineer in State Research and Design Institute of Chemical Machinery ,St. Petersburg, later – successful employment in Israeli Hi-tech industry. Numerous publications in the field of heat transfer.

M.Sc. in Applied Physics, PhD in Chemical Engineering. Over 35 years of experience in mathematical modeling of heat/mass transfer and combustion processes. Before 1990 held a position of a senior research engineer at State Research and Design Institute of Chemical Machinery, St. Petersburg, Russia. In 1990s held a faculty position in Physical Chemistry at The George Washington University, Washington, DC, USA. Successful career in engineering consulting in the US. Many publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Moshe Bentolila
Customer Support Manager

PhD in scale-up methodologies for the process industry, applied to large-scale peptide synthesis, from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. MSc in Reactor Design and BSc in Chemical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa.
Over 20 years of experience in API process development, scale-up, and pilot-plant operations, with a strong track record in translating laboratory processes into robust, industrial-scale manufacturing. Former Pilot Engineer at IMI Institute for R&D Ltd. (ICI Israel Chemicals) and Pilot Department Manager at Chemagis Ltd. (Agis Group, Israel).
Extensive hands-on expertise in process analysis, development, and scale-up using VisiMix since 1999, supporting improved mixing, mass transfer, and reactor performance across development and production scales.
