Process simulation software’s objective is to give the capability to a professional team to be able to design or organize a plan, to manufacture materials in the industry. There can be many reasons for it. One can be because we want to transfer the process from laboratory to production step, or we want to solve a problem that we have in production through activities in the pilot or R&D, or to design a new plant. Process simulation software mainly tries to solve general questions about mass transfer, heat transfer, and provides a good idea of what the manufacturing plant for the equipment is available for the manufacturing of this specific process, specific materials through the process. Inside any equipment, we have some transportation transfer phenomena that can be mass transfer, heat transfer, or momentum transfer, and we will go more deeply into them. The main phenomenon that controls the other transfer phenomena is the momentum transfer. So, in momentum transfer, that is the mixing that VisiMix solves, we are generating the conditions in the media that will give the materials to interact between them to generate the better condition as possible for an existing equipment that we have in the plant in order to plan our manufacturing schedule in the production stage.
