Chemical Mixing Software Highlights in 2024

If we try to define what was the best and the most important activity we have done during
2024, it was the innovative, innovative release of this VisiMix-Chem. This software gives a
realistic, actual situation of chemicals that are interacting between them in a sterile vessel, and
react and generate some products that are part of the chemical industry.
The main important point in the innovation here is that there is no other commercial software
that is able to predict what will be the interaction between hydrodynamics and chemical
reactions and be representative of this field. This innovation is very unique in the market and is
showing different kinds of results that are like a surprise for customers. For instance, in order to
calculate and simulate the sterile vessel, we need to assume that you have well-mixed
equipment. When we use Visimix, of course, it is not well-mixed equipment, it is realistic
equipment, and we’re able to calculate the mixing into the tank. The point is that if we try to
apply these fields of velocities that are generated in transfer into the chemicals and the
chemical reaction that will run in the equipment, it becomes very difficult to generate some
simulation results, because the mathematics is very complex and because there is no way to
combine between the non-linearity of the reactions and the non-linearity and the complex
phenomena of mixing.
So, this year, we released the best chemical mixing software that is really able to connect the
chemical reaction kinetics which is very complicated, and the hydrodynamics which is very
complicated, both together and generate numbers that explain, for instance, what is the reason
for the different results of composition of the materials at the end of the reaction by changing
the flow into the tank and the mixing. It explains, for instance, why in the lab we are running a
process, a batch process in ten minutes and the production taking three hours, and why the
composition of the material will be completely different. All of these happened in 2024. We
proved it, and during the next year, what we like is to provide companies with the capability to
try the software. We will guide the customer on how to connect between the realistic reaction
rate on the sterile vessel equipment regime, and to finalize, understand that when we talk
about the interaction between the materials that we need to provide to the process to
generate good results, we need to understand on one hand the mixing and the second hand the
reaction. Once we are able to combine them, we will be able to avoid a lot of problems and
generate the best possible results with the equipment that we have. Of course, if we are able to
design new equipment, it will be really according to what is possible to reach in the limitations
of the mixing into the sterile vessel.

So, this is the innovation we had in 2024. The other one that will really happen at the end of
this year is that we are improving the capability of Visimix software to generate results, by
doing multiple rounds of Visimix in one action item. The meaning of it is, for instance, if you
want to know what is the influence of the rpm in the solid distribution, by changing the rpm
from 100 to 1000, by jumping by, let's say 100 rpm. So, 100, 200, 300, what will be the solid

distribution we will be able to provide by doing one Enter. So, when we click Enter, we can
provide a complete range of flow, and what will be the answer for one variable?
This will be released at the end of this year, and with these two activities, one is a really deep
scientific understanding of the physical phenomena that are happening in the tank in
combination with the chemical reaction. On the other hand, it gives you the capability to
generate more than one result in one Enter that you are clicking there. For a range of work, we
will come to be more representative, of course, and more versatile for your analysis activities
for a process to generate a range of work that will be available for you in different
combinations of equipment and different options that you will have in your company. And of
course, to avoid loss of time and money and be more professional in our expectation of the
next step.
